Hello, Beautiful Human
I'm Rebecca Koegel
My entire life has been a quest to understand what it means to be human. I was confused by this world and the people around me. I was confused the depths at which I felt, both suffering and awe, but mostly suffering. To say that existentialism is in my DNA is an understatement. It's my North Star and reason for my direct experience in this lifetime, as this identity.
I've spent over a decade deep in spiritual, philosophical, and neuroscience teachings attempting to piece together a complete understanding of myself and my inner and outer worlds. It wasn't until I mastered all three pillars of transformation that I anchored knowledge into my direct experience and started aligning with my true self and the deeper knowing of my purpose and mission.
I'm not here to teach you dogma or tell you what to believe. As a former big-firm lawyer and someone who is gifted at seeing patterns across domains and synthesizing vasts amount of information, I'm here to distill the process of transformation into an easy-to-follow pathway, that guides you to your own inner knowing so that you can decide what you believe for yourself.
The process of transformation follows a structure, not a specific or single belief system. It is about removing distortion from your mental, emotional and energetic states so that your true nature can organize your life from the inside out.
Heart Intelligence is the catalyst for this evolution.
